I thing such disease are not more than the psychological disorder problems. It seems extreme form of Psoriasis. If it is Psoriasis extreme form then it can be recovered a lot only improve your thinking and getting rid from emotional disorders as indicated by http://www.vitiligoguide.com/psoriasis/

It’s a genetic disorder, and so far there’s no way to treat it effectively. The only way the people with this can live a normal life is by having constant surgery.

The disorder makes them extremely susceptible to HPV, which causes warts. That’s what he’s covered in :C
